4 turkey legs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper
Level the smoker
Allow to reach desired temperature
Add wood 20 minutes before smoking
Preheat BBQ to 165°C using indirect heat.
Mix oil, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper.
Coat turkey legs evenly in the seasoning.
Add applewood to the BBQ skip this if you’re cooking in the oven.
Cook for 1.5–2 hours, turning halfway.
Target internal temperature: 80–85°C. . Rest for 10 minutes before serving
