4 Turkey Legs
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp Garlic Granules
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Olive Oil or any Oil you have to hand

Preheat BBQ to 165°C using indirect heat.

Mix oil, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper.

Coat turkey legs evenly in the seasoning.

Add applewood to the BBQ skip this if you're cooking in the oven

Cook for 1.5–2 hours, turning halfway.

Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
